I am starting this group because I am looking for a workout partner (s) in my age group (I'm 56) that want to get in good shape. When you are over 40 it seems to take a lot more work to stay healthy. We can support each other by exercising in different ways - walking and other cardio (heart health), strength training (strong bones and muscles), eating healthy (maintaining a good weight).
